Meet Our Founders
Dr. Sophie Bracke, CEO
Sophie is an O&G ST2 trainee in North London, serving as the North East London Trainee Chair. Being originally from Belgium and Switzerland, Sophie received her medical degree from University College London in 2020. Sophie cares deeply about advocating for trainee support and development. Through her own experience, Sophie recognised the lack of accessible information and innovative tools in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This inspired her to build Uterio to ensure that all O&G professionals have the resources they need.
Dr. Ali Ihsan Nergiz, COO
Ali received his medical degree from Istanbul University in 2021 and worked as an O&G doctor at Royal London Hospital. He is also a technology developer and created apps used by thousands of doctors. Over the years, Ali has worked in the sexual and reproductive health field in various roles and served as a youth consultant for the World Health Organization and United Nations Population Fund. Passionate about technological tools, he is dedicated to creating a platform that helps other O&G doctors succeed in their careers.
